Privacy Policy

• Account details — the name and email address you register with, handled by our authentication provider. We never see or store your password in readable form.
• Budget and expenses — the budgets, category limits, currency, amounts, merchants, payment method (cash or card) and notes you enter.
• Receipt images — photos you upload, stored in a private bucket that only your account can read.

Your data is used solely to run the app for you: calculating weekly totals, remaining balance, category budgets and the summaries you see on your dashboard. Receipt photos may be processed by an AI model to read the amount, merchant and date so the form can be pre-filled. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

If you create a view-only share link, anyone holding that link can see the budget and expense figures in your snapshot without signing in. Share links can be given an expiry date and can be revoked at any time from the share dialog in the app. Only share them with people you trust.

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, so records are readable only by the account that created them. Receipt files live in a private storage bucket accessed through short-lived signed links. Traffic is encrypted in transit.

You can edit or delete any expense at any time, revoke share links, and request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile, budgets, expenses and receipt images.
